Our company have been manufacturing high quality concrete solid block, hollow block, ceiling block, kerb stone, uni pavers, grass pavers, embankment protection block with automated machine as manufactured by china and with their technical cooperation. Here as raw materials stone chips, pebbles stone, thick sand, stone dust, cement and water are used.
In the modern urbanization in every movement there have been constructing apartment, educational institution, hospitals, super markets, bridge, flyover etc. To mitt up the demand of these construction work there have brick kiln in the country for that in every movement our environment become facing adverse threat. The fertility of the soil becoming effected and the plough land have been destroyed. And the fuel wealth or the forest facing towards destruction. Not only that for the cause of smoke from the brick kiln the balance Ozone layer becoming imbalanced. Human being without notice endangering the only residential earth. For national interest to make a solution of this problem instead of burnt brick we have taken ASTMC-140 technology with PLC controlled Siemens machines. In its production procedure no gas, wood or cole is used as fuel for that no refusal or gas is produced from that. Its only fuel is electricity which is very much economic.
We have a vision to change the way of construction by producing concrete products in the country.
As per report of World Bank every year the upper soil of 45 million agricultural land is used for production of brick. If it runs like way at that within next 50 years the catastrophe will be very much destructive. From 1972 to 2009, 2.67 million acre lands have been reduced. To save the agriculture and environment like the other countries of the world it is our motto to increase the use of concrete block and to make more modernize and everlasting the construction work.
